Volkswagen Passat "Pure R" — Concept

A vision of what the Volkswagen Passat could become if pushed beyond its conventional limits.

This project explores a more aggressive and performance-focused interpretation of the latest Passat, transforming it into a fictional "Pure R" variant — a model that doesn’t exist, but perhaps should.

The design emphasizes a sharpened stance, a subtle widebody treatment, and a clean but assertive surface language. The vivid green finish enhances the sculptural forms while reinforcing the car’s energetic and bold character.

At the rear, quad Akrapovič exhausts underline the performance intent, adding a layer of authenticity to the concept.

The goal was to stay grounded in realism while introducing a distinctive visual identity — balancing OEM+ design with a more radical, futuristic edge.
